Cylinder kit – Polini Big Evolution 94ccm – ø13mm

The Polini Big Evolution 94ccm cylinder kit is the superb big brother to the two smaller versions that immediately look identical, but here we are in the undisputed largest cylinder kit Polini makes for the 50ccm engine. When one is so close to a doubling of the original volume, there is of course “slap for the penny” and as always with Polini, it is of course a product of very high quality. One thing that recurs from the two smaller versions is the mounting of the exhaust, which here too is done with three bolts at the exhaust flange. To reach up to 94ccm, the bore is 52mm and the stroke length is 44mm. For this cylinder kit, a spark plug with a long thread must be used and the kit is delivered complete incl. gaskets, piston ring, etc.

O BS: Due to the size of the skirts, it is necessary to mill up the engine block. The cylinder kit only fits with the Polini Big Evolution 84 / 94ccm exhaust (3-bolt clamping) and root85 crankshaft with ø13mm connecting rod and 44mm stroke must be used.
